Shipping & HandlingWe charge a flate rate of £4.00 for packing and postage to all UK destinations. We ship all UK orders 1st class Registered post. You can expect delivery of your goods within 10 working days provided there are no disruptions to the mail service and we have the products in stock. For customers outside of the UK please contact us with your order and preferred payment method and we will notify of the shipping costs. If you require ‘next day delivery’ we can provide this service at an extra charge of £3.50 this is in addition to our flat rate posting and packing charge of £4.00 (total£7.50). this service is only available for those customers paying by debit or credit card for delivery within the UK.
Out of StockWe will notify you of any requested item that is out of stock in order that you can cancel your order or instruct us to hold your order and dispatch when the item is back in stock. We will not take payment for any item until it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to update and change products without notification.
SubstitutionWe will notify you of alternative products should the item you have ordered be unavailable but will not substitute unless you have agreed to accept an alternative.
Credit Card SecurityAll online credit card information is processed by the PayPal secure server.

Your Rights to CancelYou are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, to do so you must notify us in writing by Fax, e-mail or Royal Mail, we will issue you with a refund for the amount you paid less the costs incurred for postage and packing. The returned items must be unopened and unused and returned in the packaging material we supplied them in.
ReturnsWe do not operate a refund service for unwanted items, however we will be more than happy to replace faulty or damaged product. On receipt of goods you have 10 days to notify us is if they are damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy PolicyWe respect your privacy and will never share your personal details with a third party except for those required for goods delivery purposes. The cookies used on this site are purely for the purpose of tracking your shopping basket contents once you’ve selected an item.
